Laura and her brother loved the car and felt very special as it whisked them through the gates of the BBC. The audience waiting to see the programme filmed all waved and cheered at the limo, convinced that one of the acts had arrived! We certainly continued to be the centre of attention – not many people leave a stretch limo outside Pizza Hut in Hammersmith!
Laura has asked me to thank you personally and everyone who helped. I would also like to thank you because I know I contacted you at a particularly busy time and still you went out of your way to help.

I am writing to thank you for the service you provided on Saturday night for my parents, Pat and Ted. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and despite the traffic jam and missing an hour of the concert (circumstances beyond everyone's control), at least they were comfortable. They have commented on how friendly Joe was, and how relaxed they felt. They have said it was an experience of a lifetime, and could quite happily live like that.

Last night you provided us with a limo to take Lauren and friends to their school leavers prom.
Just thought I'd feedback that every parent commented upon your driver and said that he could not have been more pleasant if he had tried and that he really understood how special the day was. However, the reason for this note: On behalf of my mother-in-law, and indeed all of the family, we would like to thank you for your part in what turned out to be a truly memorable weekend. Just a brief note of thanks for your service, care and attention on Tuesday evening. The surprise, as I am sure you realised, for my sister-in-law was everything we could have wished for. Her reaction as she opened the door to you and your advice that " her limo awaited" was better than we could have hoped. Stunned disbelief, just about sums it up. Indeed she was still coming to terms with it on Wednesday morning to the extent of doubting whether the "proposed lunch" with us and her mother was true or just a blind for some other surprise. It is going to take her daughter Janice and I a long time to regain her trust. Again many thanks for all your help, and at such a very reasonable cost.

I would just like to thank you for the fantastic limo ride to the Lion King show in London on the 13th Feb. Joe the driver was lovely and the journey was excellent, it really made my 21st birthday special and I'll never forget it. My fiancee always calls me a princess and I truly felt like royalty that day. Everyone said how posh and wonderful the limo was too and that it was the best one they had ever been in!

Just wanted to say a big thank-you to Joe (our driver), as he was more than
helpful on the night - sorting out a timing problem (Thanks to the M1 being
closed!!) and he was incredibly polite and professional too - thought the office and the bosses should know as I guess people don't take the time to feed back positively to yourselves. I have organised limos on many occasions, but will always come to you first in the future, as in my opinion the service was far better than I have received in the past.

Just a quickie to say how wonderful our driver Joe was the other week.
The limo was great and Joe was so kind and helpful. We had one girl who was quite ill on the way home and he really looked after her and took away any embarrassment she was feeling so please pass on my thanks.
Also, if you have any literature on your company, feel free to send it on to me at the Studio's address and I'll forward it to all our productions on site. It's not that often we use limos but with Big Brother up and running I know they occasionally ask for a good company.
